Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Organisations binding a company represent that they have authority to do so.

Services described

Pages describing reviews, briefings, watches, and overlay sessions are informational. A binding engagement exists only after a scoping note is accepted and any required deposit is received.

Intellectual property

Site content, review templates, and delivered briefs remain owned by Mindkernel Base or its licensors. Clients receive a licence to use delivered materials for internal decision-making. Redistribution, resale, or publication requires prior written consent.

No investment mandate

Our work supports financial market analysis. It is not a brokerage service, discretionary management, or a guarantee of investment results. You remain responsible for your trading and allocation decisions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Mindkernel Base is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on reviews. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Site availability
