Employment releases invite single-number storytelling. Markets often oblige for an hour, then rediscover the rest of the report. Our reviews treat the package as a small system: headline employment or unemployment, participation, and wage growth at minimum.
For ASEAN-facing books, we also note whether the print is likely to be read through a US or domestic policy lens that week. The same surprise can travel differently depending on which institution sits next on the calendar.
If wage growth is the binding constraint for your rates view, say so in the intake form. We will weight the brief accordingly instead of giving equal inches to every table in the release.
